Yusen Air & Sea Staff Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yusen Air & Sea Service Co., Ltd., was renamed Yusen Air Loginet Co., Ltd., as of June 20, 2006 in preparation for further business expansion and exploration of new business. At the same time, the company reviewed the business purposes in the articles of incorporation and increased the number of director to enhance the management structure.

Since its establishment in 2001, Yusen Air & Sea Staff Service Co., Ltd. has expanded its business operations, focusing on human resource-related business, such as personnel dispatch to YAS.
