Medical SCM Service

Logistics Services of Medical Devices under the New Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, established on April 1, 2005.

In accordance with the "New PAL", our Narita Logistics Center obtained two licenses for the medical devices.

  1. Medical Devices Manufacture License
  2. the Retail or Rental Business License of Specially Controlled Medical Devices

By using two licenses, we completely provide a one stop service, including packaging, labeling, storage, shipping and return procedures of Medical Devices, not through the importer's warehouse.

The Narita Logistics Center, the Advanced and High-spec Facility meets GMP/QMS Standards.

We understand the most important thing to handle with Medical Devices of the Clinical Fields, etc. is the Quality. (Process and Storage Quality)
As for the Logistics Services of Medical Devices, we have the QMS organization, such as the Responsible Engineering Supervisor, Quality Controller, Manufacturing Controller and the qualified receiving inspectors, in accordance with the New PAL.
Furthermore, in our Narita Logistics Center which is the main facility, we have the hygienic control, temperature and humidity control system, security and safety control based on TAPA standards and the quake-absorbing controlling system.
And, by using our web-based WMS, we provide the traceability control of the medical devices in accordance with the New PAL.
